Location: Super easy to find (on the highstreet) and quite close to the station! Customer service: Staff were really friendly, they let us chose the table and were very attentive. Throughout our meal they would check on us to see if we were enjoying the food or if we need anything. Ambience: There were not many customers there which is quite surprising. The design was very nice, every single wall was nicely decorated so a lot of attention was given to the place. Kitchen was an open kitchen so you could see your food being prepared which was nice as well. Food Food was very good, the pizza was quite large and had a lot of flavour to it. Mushroom and chicken pasta was full of flavour. The food differs from other Italian restaurants near by in a good way. Price: Money well spent, the food was worth the money. -JenLee🐉🐰

The food was really good. Nice portions and tasty. There is a nice variety of choice in the menu as well as specials during occasions such as Valentine’s Day. The service was a bit slow however but the staff was very friendly. It was overall a pleasant experience. The place is quite cozy albeit a bit cold. There is also quite a lot of seating space and the restaurant is located in the city centre so it’s a great place to take a break from shopping. There are also a couple of parkings so it’s easily accessible.

Leaving lunch for a table of 11. Smiling helpful staff made us feel welcome. Food was served promptly and lunch was lovely.

Visited during the recent heatwave. Their air-conditioning wasn't working and we couldn't sit outside. Asked about the people sitting outside and they said it was staff on their break. Would have been more useful to open up the outdoor area to paying customers since air-conditioning was broken. Food was okay, nothing exciting but I have to commend the customer service particularly the waitress who was simply excellent. She kept topping up my water as I was drinking gallons cause of the heat (lol....)and she was super accommodating when my friend asked to have her mains as takeaway as we were stuffed (probably cause of all the mocktails and water) and when I asked to change the topping on my pizza from sausages to prawns - and they did at no extra charge.
