Came here with friends and have never been to this chain before. I ordered a calzone with no mushrooms but unfortunately the order cane with mushrooms. The waitress was really quick to respond and said the kitchen were happy to make me a fresh one. Overall a decent meal and would go back again if in the area.
Stopped by without a booking after a visit to the Cotswold Falconry center. Our daughter has celiac and so we were looking for gluten free options in the area.They were busy and booked but kindly offered to pop in gluten free pizzas for us to carry out. The pizzas were good. I find I always want my gluten free crusts cooked extra time to have it kore hot and crisp and I forgot. I would ask them to do that but the pizzas were good and the people very kind. We sat outside at the plaza and ate. Very pleasant.
Very lovely meal and the gentleman that waited on was very attentive. Will definately be back when in the area and would recommend a visit to anyone in the area. Thank you, to all staff and chef for a lovely evening

Had a lovely dinner served by two lovely servers Archie and Jacob. Nothing too much trouble for them and food was super yummy. Highly recommend this place for a warm welcome and a fab service from the hard working staff, oh and of course the food
My family visited last week for a meal out and it was lovely. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The staff were helpful, and efficient. I would totally recommend!
This was the first time I'd been to an ASK since the change of ownership and COVID. And I'd never been to this one before. But I'd have to say that it's not as good as before the changes and pandemic. The food was OK but not really something we could get excited about - which was a shame as it was my wife's birthday! My chicken and mushroom al forno lacked much of cheese topping and didn't really look like it had been baked in the oven. It tasted OK but lacked the richness and creaminess that I recalled from past visits. The restaurant has a considerable amount of seating, much of it empty on Saturday lunchtime, and it's quite well laid out. But the food and atmosphere was a bit lacking. Kudos to the staff who were pleasantly attentive. So in conclusion, it was acceptable but only just and I wouldn't be in a rush to go back.
Wonderful ambience, great food and warm and pleasant service. Lovely staff and they are super happy to attend to your needs and requests. Would definitely visit again Vegetarian options: Great options and they are happy to tweak the dish a little upon request Kid-friendliness: Definitely Parking: Great parking space right opposite to the restaurant.
What can I say?? Excellent. My friend and I visited this restaurant after a day’s hiking in the area on Wednesday evening and were greeting and looked after by the thoroughly hospitable manager Sahara. She obviously has a passion for her job and tremendous warmth of customer experience; it was like speaking to an old friend. The food was excellent; I had the arancini for starters followed by a veggie pizza. Honestly, the only disappointment was when at the start of the meal a couple of shot glasses were placed on the table and the complementary drink was poured; we were hoping it was limoncello or at least a really sharp & zesty & sweet homemade lemonade; instead it was a flat rather tasteless very slightly lemony drink which needed to be rectified IMMEDIATELY by ordering a couple of proper shots of limoncello which we thoroughly enjoyed . Would return to this restaurant in a heartbeat when in the area. Fantastic. Thank you for rounding off our day on a high
