Although the food was good I have noticed a significant difference in the portion sizes since I last visited. Much smaller now. So with an expected price increase in this current climate, it's a bit disappointing. The service has changed too. You now have to pay for your meal before it arrives! Is this the new normal at Chinese restaurants? I don't think so. I don't like the new menu style of ordering either, choosing individual dishes per course instead of complete dishes means you pay a lot more. The venue was extremely cold which was very unfortunate as it means the rice and meat dishes reflected that.
Delicious selection of dishes, portions are slightly bigger than most other asian food restaurants and the staff are very friendly. Extra props to the waiter, Gabriel, he deserve every tip for making our evening that much better!
I eat here about once a week. Portions are a good value and the food is always well prepared. Staff are friendly and efficient. Heads up there was an inside t recently when a large group left without paying and now we pay in advance of eating. I hate that anyone would cause this kind of situation in such a good place.

The food here is excellent! I ordered the mixed meat and ho fun noodles and it's very tasty and just rightly done. The service is ace too! The staff are just so kind and attentive. They're knowledgeable about their menu too! The only downside is the lack of desserts but everything else is superb!

Great takeout ! The half leg duck pancake selection was extremely tasty and made for a great evening. It could have done with some more cucumbers and spring onions but it was a satisfying dinner ! There is a nice selection of different dishes on the menu so there really is something for everyone. Also they have a great tracking system for take outs.
Well, the decor is a little old fashioned and could probably do with freshening up... but the food is fantastic! So so good.. especially the tofu. My daughter lives nearby so we'll definitely be back
If I am asked to recommend a good chinese restaurant in Oxford, Asian mama will be one of the first : It has a good lunch menu at £7.8 fixed price. Food is delicious and served very quickly by a very kind waitress. My fiance and I have been coming here for more than a year and food quality is consistent! We would recommend the crispy beef, ramen and aubergine with shredded pork.
Tasty food, but a bit expensive. I ordered the chicken chop with tomatoe sauce and rice. The portion size is very large.Food: 5/5
