last 3 times ive been here the staff have decided in there ignorance and arrogance and downright selfishness that disabled people dont matter and parking rules dont apply to them and as long as you put a phone number in your windscreen you can park anywhere , please feel free to text these people and give them a peice of your mind . Im guessing they dont care anyway and consider themselves far too important to have to walk 50m etc or struggle to park like everybody else . Where are the parking wardens at this place and why isnt the pct doing something about these lovely people that are infecting the rest of the staff with there dont care attitude
I’m a patient recovering for a serious road traffic accident , I needed my cracked tooth looking at due to the accident , I attended Ashton primary care dental department .. they told me the facts that my tooth was dead .. that was the only good thing about my experience, they first sat me down then proceeded to stick their fingers in my mouth like they was in a rush then they smacked my broken tooth a couple of time fairly hard with the little mirror end , that hurt like hell ! Then they quickly shoved a x ray mouth peace in my mouth with no warning causing a gag relfex after they then check else where and found that I cut my low gum on the opersite side and said that it was a ulcer and then proceeded to scare me with the fact that ulcers are a sign of cancer and that I should come back and get it checked again in 2 weeks time . it’s been a week after and my cut/ulcer has gone … their was no need to scare me with the cancer bomb she claimed it was protocol to tell me .. absolutely no reason to do that she said it like I had cancer, she didn’t care if she hurt me or hurt my feelings I was just another scruff on nhs dental … I can’t work I can not even walk since the accident, I had no option to attend anywhere else at least have the decency to be human and understand when a person is in need of help . The way she spoke her words was very upsetting im no fool I know when I’m in the room with a idiot ,the way she treated me was brute and I felt belittled .
Unnecessarily rude telephone receptionist. Was given conflicting MSK appointments and tried to sort it out by phone. MSK team uses a different computer network to main Primary Care Centre. Receptionist couldn't verify my appointments understandable but wouldn't help me contact MSK team to sort it out attending appointments not easy a week after a heart attack. Very much a case of 'not my problem and get off the phone'.
Purple haired care nurse, Jo has serious issues and attitude, department manager Kellie is more concerned with appeasing her than taking care of patients. And that’s when she actually bothers to be there. Due to them my iron injections were not available to me for over 3 months. They don’t keep proper records as they had my last appointment set 6 weeks after it actually was. These people are emotionally unstable and gave me an overload casing anaphylactic shock because they got the blood results confused and didn’t take other important factors into consideration. After reporting the team leader kellie hytun for her snide attitude and verbal abuse she was made to apologise. However due to the lack of education and ability to understand medical records, I will never go back. I’d rather eat an iron frying pan than risk care and ending up with anaphylaxis from their incompetence again.
Been for an MRI Scan on my knee today. The service was fantastic so pleased to be able to go on a Saturday so I didn't have to have time off work. Thank you
