Throughout a difficult time the service received at Ashton Brookes was perfect from start to finish. From the first moment I went to them, I was made to feel at ease and all my wishes were catered for. Thank you for giving me and others special memories during a very difficult time.
I would like to thank the kind and understanding staff at Ashton Brookes, they were there for us every step of the way after the passing of our mother. I would like to say that Alison went above and beyond what we expected throughout the hard process of arranging the Funeral. She was and still is very understanding to our family needs. At such a sad time a person needs all the help and kindness they can get. Ashton Brookes, I can say, took so much of the concern that my family had and relieved us of the anxiety. They asked how we would like to arrange things and guided us in achieving them. All the staff were so kind and professional but if I may I would like to single out Clive and the team for a beautifully conducted day for my beautiful wife. Thank you all.
We lost Denise my wife and mum to our two girls suddenly. Clive, Alison and Emma at Ashtons were amazing, keeping us informed of progress, organising the church the order of service and the crematorium. We were well looked after on the day. We had chosen the "poppy" coffin from their range with the service stationary to match. Poppies were one of Denises favourite flowers, afterwards everyone said how well it had gone, a perfect tribute. To every one at Ashtons and the gentlemen on the day thankyou for a day to remember.
Ashton Brookes were supportive and helpful. We were dealt with with kindness at all times.
