I took the family for our first visit. We hadn't booked but were quickly seated. Staff were very nice and attentive. Food came reasonably quickly, good tasting. Drinks were reasonably priced. Restaurant is clean, cutlery etc is very clean. I didn't see anything of the toilets to able to comment. Lost a star for taking away the menu and/or not providing a sweet/coffee menu so felt a bit like rushed. The place seemed very popular for take away.
Been here a few times now with a friend and it doesn't disappoint. Very impressive flavourful food and plenty of it. You'll leave here stuffed and content. Always happy to fit in a curry at Ashoka. Also the relaxing music is excellent. Nice little touches like that make a visit very pleasant.
Tonight was the first time we have been, but it will not be the last. Fantastic meal, could not say a bad thing about it the staff were all very polite and friendly the lady waiting on the table was really nice. I cannot say a bad thing at all. We will definitely be going again. Well done to you all at Ashoka. Regards Mr peace.
Second visit. Staff really friendly and welcoming. I had king prawn balti and my partner had butter chicken. Mine was delicious, he wasn't keen on his but waitor was quick to change it. Really good night.
I have to be fair the food was good. But when you order a takeaway using online pricing and it should be £14 but you get charged £17 many would ask why. So we ring and get told it was because of the pickle trays we had, which we did not order. So I ring back to try to ask them not to send us pickle trays the next time we order I was then told it was because I had got my prices from an out of date browser google. So how many more of you have been charged for them throw away freebies you did not order?
Only had takeaways from here, but they are superb! We had been recomended to eat here by a friend and what a great recommendation! The takeaway drivers are professional, courteous and polite and more importantly on time! Well done to the owners, the food is great!
Excellent food. Never had a bad meal yet. Service great and the staff are really friendly. This is our favourite curry house in Doncaster and it's reasonably priced too.
Very nice contemporary restaurant probably the best service I have ever had, great food great price. I would recommend to everyone you won't be disappointed. We use most weeks for takeout but try to eat in at least once a month.
