This is not the first occasion that you have helped myself at a time of great sadness - hence my return . Not only have you helped me, but also my family. You are a naturally compassionate person offering a truly caring service,  showing respect and professionalism at all times when it is most needed.  Obviously your experience allows you to offer information and help with planning for your clients when things may not always be too clear ahead. This makes a very emotional time in ones life  - a little easier !
