You arranged an appointment with me to decorate my disabled Son's' bedroom and didn't show up! I am so very disappointed. it's one thing making an arrangement and then not bothering to show up; As you were aware, I have a severely disabled son who requires 24 hours care and supervision. On the day we arranged for you to decorate his bedroom, I placed my son into respite care, so he wouldn't be affected by the work you were supposed to be doing. This cost me over £100.
 
What has disappointed me most, is the fact that you couldn't be bothered to tell me (in advance) that you weren't coming. I had checked my answerphone and trust me, you hadn't left me a message, neither had you put a card through my letterbox. Not even a text message! I wouldn't call your conduct 'professional.'

It's a pity that you "busy" tradesmen don''t consider the inconvenience and unnecessary expense you cause by letting you customer's down. Totally unprofessional!

I have, of course, hired a 'professional firm of Decorators' to do the job!

We are so impressed with the work Ashely done on our home. He is highly professional, efficient and friendly. We needed the job done asap and he started two days later and was finished the job within 3 days to the highest standard  at a very reasonable price. We will  definitely be using him again.
