I had the misfortune to have a puncture on the M20, I called my breakdown recovery insurers, Eversure, and they despatched Ashford Recovery.  They arrived quickly, put my car on a low loader, took me to work and changed my tyre outside and called me to collect the key when it was done.  What a fabulous service,  I cannot fault the operative who was friendly and efficient.

Attended to empty car that had been recovered and was being collected by insurance. Staff had to empty car since it is a 'police secure facility'. If you have the chance, take everything out before it is recovered.  Also they were commissioned by AA to recover car to BMW sidcup and drop parents home. But refused, took car to their own yard and said 'there's plenty of hotels in Ashford'.

We were recovered today by Paul and will not be using this service again. He turned up late, was rude and unhelpful and then immediately stopped for a cigarette before starting the drive home. He didn't listen to anything we said or explain anything he asked of us. The least friendly recovery person I've ever met, very glad I wasn't alone!

Initial contact was a bit unhelpful but they did help recover items from damaged vehicle. The real reason for three stars is that no attempt was made to check we were aware of the costs mounting up while the crashed vehicle was there. My son was not made aware until a letter was received a few days later. Had we been informed we could have made the insurance company aware earlier and perhaps saved some expense for them, after all we ALL end up paying for any extra costs.

Cannot thank everyone at Ashford Recovery enough.  My young son and I were in a very bad accident and had been recovered to the services by the free motorway recovery company. The AA left us stranded for hours not caring that we were very distressed  but Ashford Recovery came to our rescue and got us safely home in no time. The driver Mark was very kind and made us feel safe after what had been an horrendous day.  The office staff were also very kind and courteous when we arrived to pay the bill. I cannot recommend or thank this company enough.

Absolutely horrible service. Was left waiting in the cold at 4am with 3 kids for 3.5 hours they told us they'd take 1 hour and when we called they said they'd been and not seen us... Took another 1.5hrs for someone to come and then not have a truck big enough to load our car which meant another hour of waiting for yet another truck.

Ashford recovery we’re sent to help me out through my breakdown cover when I got a bad puncture! Unable to fit just a tyre to my car I was then towed back to my local garage 8+ miles away. Made it to me within 35 minutes of the call to my breakdown agents! Polite friendly driver. Made a horrible situation a lot easier to cope with. Thank you!
