THE WORST ROOFING COMPANY EVER ,Had a complete re roof nothing but problems from day one ,when asked for our insurance backed guarantee it never arrived ,asked to come back and sort out wanted £250.00 just to come and look would never recommend to anyone, will now be seeking legal advice

We had our roof relaid in 2011. They were quick, tidy and polite. Their price seemed reasonable and we were happy and so paid them on completion. We asked them to come back when it became apparent that the gutter no longer caught the rain. We rang twice and were told that someone would call us back. We then sent an old fashioned letter but all to no avail. We were disappointed in their after service.
