Jackie is a very thorough and professional therapist. her room was very relaxing. I went for reflexology and back/shoulder massage which I really enjoyed. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Jackie is a very knowledgeable & professional practitioner. Her treatment room is very relaxed & soothing. I've had several treatments including Indian head massage, hot stone therapy & reflexology & she always asks how you are feeling afterwards with good advice on aftercare. We agreed I prefer a firmer massage & she was happy to oblige. Highly recommended. I go every month now.
I've had different types of massages with Jackie and they've all been lovely. I have problems with my neck and back and have seen a big difference since going to see Jackie. Jackie is a very warm person who takes the time to find out what you want from the treatment and tailors it to suit.
Wonderful reflexology and hot stone therapy. Jackie is so friendly and patient and has a beautiful calming therapy room. Can't wait for my return visit!
1hour of complete relaxation. I booked in for an hour back massage with Jackie and it was absolutely wonderful! Jackie made me feel really comfortable and was so lovely. I would totally recommend! I look forward to booking again!!

Would fully recommend reflexology. I’m having it to help with the menopause. It’s my time out to have total relaxation and I feel great the next day. I went to Ashdale Holistic Therapies for a reflexology appointment, which I had received as birthday gift. Jackie is a lovely lady who put me at ease straight away, I had never had this done before and all I can is WOW! this was the most relaxing experience I have ever had and came away feeling like I was walking on air. This feeling has continued now for a few weeks and has helped ease my lower back pain. I will be looking to book again very shortly. :-
