Quite possibly the worst service I've ever received at a post office.nArrived to post a parcel and kept waiting for well over 5 minutes not even a sorry for keeping you waiting when they finally come out of the back room.nShop was cold and very poorly stocked, would suggest going elsewhere.
Closing times posted on google and on their front door were 18:00 on Saturdays but doors were locked with a closed sign at 17:52.
We run a small business and staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. We are happy to use our community post office and are very happy with the service received
Absolutely awful post office. Handed in parcels to the office and they never sent the parcels out for delivery - meaning that I had to refund multiple customers’s orders from my business. Do NOT recommend.
I always used there post office and service was great.nUnfortunately, it has become terrible recently. Undertrained and rude staff not able to sort some simple postage issue.
