I recently visited a bike hire establishment to rent an electric bike and was pleased to find that their prices were quite reasonable. The bikes available were in really good condition, indicating that the shop takes good care of their equipment. The customer service provided was exceptional; the staff was helpful and attentive, making the rental process smooth and straightforward. Additionally, the convenience of being able to pay with a card was a plus. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a bike.
Came with my family of five including a toddler with no prior appointment and they were able to fit us all on wheels! Very friendly and helpful staff.. we had so much fun on the Tissington trial
Brilliant service and very much enjoyed cycling the Tissington Trail. Arrived at 9.30am, hiring the bikes was a simple process, by 9.45am we were off on our way to Parsley Hay…13.5miles away. Chris who served us was excellent, helpful, friendly, with great knowledge of the route. Would recommend as an enjoyable day out!
Haven't been on a bike in years but Joe the friendly and well humoured assistant came to my aid. He organised 2 bikes for myself and boyfriend post haste and had a snazzy sense of humour and adventure.nnBoth bikes were in good working order and a fair price.nnThere was also a mole by the shop.
Super facility in beautiful Ashbourne. The two staff members who helped us today couldn’t have been friendlier. Lots of tips for a fun ride including lovely stop-offs for refreshments. Fantastic family day out!
