What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Tom Holloway was my dentist and he guided me through my journey. He was extremely accommodating and took a keen interest in what I wanted the final outcome to look like. The dental practice is lovely, as is the whole team. It is a welcoming, clean and modern environment, with a 5 star service in every department. I could not recommend Tom and his team highly enough. Thank you for such impressive results. I truly am grateful and am so happy with the outcome.

Our family has visited the practice for 18 years and we have always found all staff to be professional, polite and helpful. Hanifa is an excellent dentist who puts patients at ease, while Emily’s customer care is second to none. Highly recommend.
I am the MOST nervous patient, and in my opinion, even check ups are an emergency. I feel sick at the thought of a visit. This really was an emergency, compounded by the fact my own dentist was off sick. Ordinarily I would have declined the offer of seeing someone else, but as I said, an actual real emergency. So I saw Tom and his lovely assistant whose name I sorry to say I don’t know, blame the nerves. They were so kind and gentle, allowing time for my tears and holding my hand physically and metaphorically throughout extractions. I have no fear of returning, this from a woman of 66 who really deserves the “I’ve been brave at the dentist today “ stickers. Just one thing Tom, when you said don’t be brave, if it’s hurting let me know, you clearly don’t know me, you would know immediately if it was hurting, there is nothing brave about me. To be fair, everyone at this practice is fabulous in their care of patients and I’ll name Emily as a stand out point of contact too. She’s had to put up with me the longest. Thank you all.
I'm new to the Practise and I couldn't have made a better choice. The staff are wonderful, I feel my teeth are getting the best treatment and care, and I look forward to the next visit. On my first visit I got lost and the receptionist came out to find me, this was above and beyond especially as I had a broken leg and was on crutches and my mood had reached peak :/ They care and that was obvious from my first visit.
Fantastic service, and very friendly staff! Dr. Tom took the time to explain everything to me, and I am so pleased with the final outcome of my Invisalign treatment - just in time for my wedding! Highly recommended!
The people at Ash Villa are very friendly and caring and I'm happy to be a patient there. The treatment is good and my teeth well cared for. There was a delay of approx 20 minutes yesterday which could have been tricky if I had had another appointment elsewhere. However this was unusual.
Amazing service as always from all staff at Ash Villa Dental. My hygiene appointment with Natalie was great, such a calming environment with every step explained and my teeth are extra shiny!

Went to the practice to have an implant, a little nervous but Helen put me at ease. Once the anaesthetic had kicked in, didn’t feel a thing. Later on that day, no pain or discomfort. Christina the receptionist phoned a few days later to ask if I was ok, nice touch. 10/10
