I had to call in to check that my mum's medication could be processed urgently as unfortunately she wasn't well and suddenly needed certain medication before the weekend. Usually she is very good at ordering it in advance. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to get it sorted. I was with this surgery as an infant and my mum has been a patient with this surgery for 29 years. The practice continues to offer an authentic GP service that you don't get everywhere. I've read about the recent CQC review and I hope it doesn't stop this practice from continuing as we have been very satisfied with the level of care my mum has received since being diagnosed with a serious interstitial lung disease. She is on immunosupressants and has her shared care medication and high risk drug monitoring blood tests organised without fault.
