My family have spent £800 approx with ASG to gain reports for planning permission. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails from us we have had no communication, whatsoever and feel ASG are ignoring us. We have asked for progress reports but get nothing back. I am beginning to feel they are a scam company. ASG if you are reading this please start communication with those asking for information.
ASG Architects in Telford produced the plans for my new property including planning applications and approval. I wanted an RIBA Architect that was good on price and that offered pricing up front 'with no hidden costs', ASG did this for me! ASG were professional at all times and worked with me to create my dream home.
Funny I was just looking at the website and saw the reviews and I am having the same problem as the previous reviewer. I have emailed and phoned ASG architects and they just don’t respond. I think I am going to have to camp outside their front door to get any response from them. They take your money and leave you dangling. I thought it was just me, but apparently they are doing it to others. I am extremely unhappy about this situation and may have to seek advice to either retrieve my money or get the reports I have been waiting for for over 10 months now.
I recently contacted ASG Architects regarding a household extension that required planning permission. I found them to be extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable in this area. I highly recommend anyone looking for an architect or architectural services in Telford, Shropshire, West midlands to contact this company.
