I have just had the misfortune to visit the cafe in Adsa Thurmaston. Which I think is sorely reminiscent of a refugee reception centre in long forgotten boarder area of Europe. It is soulless, cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming and that's the place. I asked if if I could have a stronger tea, yes I was told if I purchased another bag, no sauces where available in the public area so I asked I could have some. The staff stated I will find out for you. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Until the management either locally or national improve this very poor offering.

There were 5 martcart scooters (for use by those who find it difficult to walk) only 3 available for use as 2 didn't have keys. In the run up to Christmas all 5 scooters should be maintained & available for customers. Customers were having to wait 30 mins for one to become available.
