Be careful parking up here! Rotten area, dark and not very well well lit parking area which is not safe at all. I parked here as I needed to use the out of hours doctors over the road and then went across to do a quick shop and wait for my prescription at Asda. Inside Asda the veg shelves were practically empty! The pharmacy convenient and helpful.. on my exit there were lots of weird characters walking around. A month later I have received a parking fine of £54.00 for parking at this dump. Had I of known I had to pay to park here I would have.. since the car park was so dark and didn’t feel safe I did not see any signs to pay to park! I feel they are scamming people for their hard earned money. So frustrated but anyway. I would not recommend this place at all and would not return!
Done a return filled in the details for the return- a male member of staff took my number and would not stop calling and messaging me making me feel uncomfortable. Another incident I had paid for my shopping had my clothes hanging on the outside to not get caught up in food had a security guard stop me I asked why I was randomly being stopped and was told "people like you don't afford these transactions" I had paid for my entire transaction. I became unwell while shopping I asked a member of staff to help me out of the store- she told me maybe if I wasn't so big I wouldn't have these health issues- I have cancer.... It's incident after incident... I started shopping in Southgate now
Large Asda free parking up to 3 hours but baby and children section no toys varieties for such a big Asda disappointment staff pleasant and helpful multicultural very pleasant shopping experience
Popped in ASDA to pick up a few bits. The store must have been having an off day as lots of shelves were in disarray. I called a manager to show him and he said that a member of night staff did not turn up so they were catching up. Noticed that two boxes of the product I was looking at had today's date on them. One aisle had a water spill with no hazard warning. I ended up going to another supermarket.
Been regular customer but unfortunately after today will not be entering again so… I went in this morning to buy infant milk LURA at the baby milk section was really rude and disrespectful, she has awful manners with that face she had on trust me you guys had to see it i cant even explain that FACE AWFULL Lura really disappointed
Their veg stock is always terrible, they are always missing something. It's fine for grabbing your bits and bobs but they need to work on their stock levels.
Stocks most things you will need and the staff are also friendly and helpful. However, parking company isn't that great- received parking ticket despite validating my free parking and have receipt to show I spent over £10.
Very busy store, with a very limited parking lower ground which gets very busy but upper floor parking available. Good deals, loads of other stores near by a food stalls located outside. Staff friendly as can be. Store can do with clean and building with some tlc. On high street so loads of buses and stop near by and tube station not to far. Community mosque and church 3 mins away.
Fantastic store can get everything I need reasonable price shop with my son we go there frequently as my son likes his yoghurts and they are cheaper than other stores staff not very friendly quite rude unhelpful especially when it comes to elderly people I had to help 2 ladies as they didn't know what to do on self scan there is never no trolleys I got told that I have to go in the lift to get a trolley if I want one not good customer service stock availability is good as for the trolleys and staff that needs to be looked into
You have to find your own trolley in the car park downstairs and upstairs before you can even start your shopping then you have to keep hold of it because the minute you turn your back someone's took it! Just lately Hardly Any Trolleys!!! So if you want to spend over a £100 your stuffed and nobody gives a toss.This Place was fantastic when it first opened.
