Self service checkouts and helpful staff add to a pleasant shopping experience. Some online food items are not in stock in this store, and they do not offer a click and collect service at this branch order online and collect in branch. Parking is free for 2hrs and no complicated ticket system, just park and leave within the time frame.
There were no family trolleys to put my child in due to them being stolen and the manager went above and beyond to get one of his lovely cashiers to walk around and push a trolley so that I could hold the hand of my two year old. Incredible service. Thank you!
Lazy staff didn’t fill up the receipt printing roll. I press yes for the receipt but nothing printed because no roll is there. Got stopped at the door because of no receipt and wasted about 5 minutes to make sure it’s been paid. Ridiculously bad experience and pathetic attitude. If they do their job properly wouldn’t waste customers time.
The store is well stocked most of the time. Fairly clean and tidy. I think the store is not big enough for the area, more people are using it now and it can get very crowded. There is not enough parking or trolley available most of the time. Come on store manager order some more trolleys what's the problem.
I brought a bubble machine which did not work. l took it back and was asked by four different people for my receipt. l explained that l used self service and never took one. The assistance dealing with me said ,no receipt no exchange. He was rude, unprofessional, dismissive and intimidating. I said there is no need to be rude. He said if you call me rude again l will not serve you and you can get out. He asked to see me bank statement for proof of purchase. l told him no, he could not see my bank statements because, and l would go home and print them off. I will not be going back to Asda. It was a horrible experience. Two staff member standing looking at me, like l had stolen a bubble machine which never worked. Disgusting behaviour from the assistance.
This is the Asda shop in my area, equipped with all the necessary for the modern society extras, as shown in the photos. Staff are always polite, friendly if they have a problem responding professionally. Five Stars to All Requirements and Standards! <3
This asda have stopped selling their own brand limescale tablets for washing machines and after going in today, don't sell caster sugar anymore, so we were told by a member of staff. Wow what's the next thing they are going to stop selling. Its ridiculous.
Great local store, no issues. Thank you for stocking my favourite fruit and at an affordable price.
Lovely place to shop. Perfect size, not too huge or too small. Parking is almost always available in the good sized car park with 2 electric charge points for electric cars.. The supermarket manages to pack a wide choice of goods both branded and unbranded. The George clothing selection is quite small, which is understandable as its not a huge space. Staff are friendly. Worth visiting. Its situated in near Mitcham fair green at the corner of Bond road near the iconic Gas tower.
Its a budget supermarket and I you get what you expect. Always seems to be well stocked, I've been able to get everything I need. Can be busy at times with a considerable ques but that is to be expected at certain times of the day / week. I find other people to be the issue there the staff have always been polite and helpful and I've been going there on and off for 3 years now
