Asda Queens rd is a very convenient store for locals but only for small shoppings and quick grabs, most of the tills are now self service so not easy for weekly groceries as self serving tills are small.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. I was provided with excellent service at your Queens Road branch and I truly appreciate it. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Month ago I lost my wallet near the Asda Asda car park and your team was very kind to find it for me. I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Julian for the excellent customer service he provided to myself and other customers. He is always working with a happy face and is kind to look after the customers.
My car was vandalised in this carpark whilst I was in the store for 15 minutes. Staff were very polite when I reported this and told me they would review the CCTV and contact me. They never contacted me, so I had to go into the store and chase this up myself. They told me the CCTV didn't reach to this part of the carpark, despite the fact I was parked directly outside the store entrance. Unfortunately I would not risk leaving my car in this carpark now that I know the CCTV is inadequate, which is a shame as this is my local supermarket.
I went to this store in hoping to find PRIME Hydration unfortunately they do have it in the little Asda stores only the big stores the Asda employee told me great information to have so I don't have to waste my time going to aload of little Asdas for the same disappointment luckily
Can't complain usually have what I need or want and hand they don't close until 11pm week days and bus stops are close by
I often visit this ASDA not a very big place but always well stocked. Some items are comparatively good in terms of quality and price. Store is upgraded by installing self checkout counters which is really helpful. Staffs are polite.
Not bad. Not a superstore but a lot bigger than those 'local' stores. Not the cheapest for a weekly shop but okay for a small/medium shop or a few essentials. I've deducted a star as there is no provision whatsoever outside for cyclists literally nowhere to secure your bike outside, just loads of usually empty car spaces.
Not great. Choice is limited and it has a cramped feel. Staff are great but I can't recommend it
I use this store on a regular basis The staff are very helpful and pleasant to customers But the one thing that annoys me is the kiosk I usually only have a couple of things and lottery tickets But I have to que behind someone with a full shopping trolley and don't buy anything from the kiosk most supermarket have 5 items or less at the kiosk I think queen's road should implement this
Usual well stocked Asda Local.Good staff. Shame about the plant selection outside,the poor,shriveled up,half dead things almost look at passers by for a drink of water.
