I’ve now had the same frustrating experience 7x times at ASDA accepting an Uber Eats order only to wait over 30 minutes each time for the order to be ready. What’s worse is that this isn’t just a one-off issue at a single location it’s happening at multiple ASDA stores.nnOther supermarkets like Iceland and Co-op only notify drivers once the order is prepared, which shows respect for drivers’ time. But ASDA consistently requests drivers before the order is even close to ready, wasting our time and reducing our earning potential.nnIt’s clear there’s a widespread issue with poor work ethic and a lack of appreciation for delivery drivers across ASDA stores. We’re part of the service too without drivers, orders don’t get delivered. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for our time and effort. All uber drivers avoid this storennThis needs to change.
Worst place to get deliveries from i should have learnt my lesson they send you out of date food and items you wouldn't eat in replacement, so I made sure today I put no replacement, yet no matter what i order the things I really need dont come and im so upset as this happens every time I order from Asda who ever is doing the picking needs training and who ever does the store count needs to double check as you always show stock then I order and cant find it, I could have orded from somewhere else and no I cant go to the stores to get shopping, if you can go shopping I recommend you do the amout of money ive lost with Asda just this year alone and its my fault for ordering
Dont buy eggs and fruit from here the eggs are old and the fruit and veg are definitely not fresh blueberries soft and sour orher stires have it sorted but fir some readon tgey struggle with freshness here
Fresh salad and fruit isle always empty! Also the meat section.. think you need to relook at your stock intake!
