ParkingEye on site: Be advised: Asda, Parson Ctoss, Sheffield 5 .....and many other locations to boot. I undertook a Click and Collect today for the FIRST and LAST time. Asda who have a similar review profile to their partner ParkingEye - in the RED. They are a match, customers despise them both. They don't care though. See ASDA reviews on Trustpilot. Disgraceful. Today 27/08/22 -NO SIGNS before entry and NO WARNINGS on their website site, to indicate ANPR / camera footage or restrictions. I annoyingly spotted their signs once parked up. Don't hide Asda ...you use this sham of a company. Shameful to be aligned with them....but a match for each other! I evidenced on phone camera and car dashcam arrival and exit time and immediately have made DSAR to both Asda and ParkingEye. IF we all did this they could be brought to their knees. I don't trust either of them, especially because I am suing Asda presently. Be prepared and be careful ....they can hold your Reg details and then decide up to 6 years later to put you in court. Get evidence if you must access facilities like this. Swansea make millions per year selling our details to these merchants and our court's benefit too. What a system. My Click and Collect did not go to plan either. Disorganised customer service team and collection system that is poor. Collection delays and leaking bleach over my goods!
Loads of underground car parking, with disabled spots right next to the doors. Car park was bright and kept clean of rubbish. The store itself is on the upper floor. We used the moving floor escalator. If you're unsteady on your feet hold on while coming down. It had a very slight speed wobble going faster/slower just enough to tilt balance if you're struggling. Staff were happy to help and all seemed in a good mood. Store itself was clean, bright and well maintained.
Dear tasha had a really bad experience during lockdown only to be compounded by in store visits the lockdown experience was reported to your customer services who did nothing about it my delivery was set back 3 times then I was told it wasn't coming at all only for it to turn up at 11 o'clock at night when I was just going to bed as I appreciate that every one at this period was under stress how I was delt with by customer services was not a pleasant experience nor was it when I visited your store would like to shop there again as it is local to where I live Regards Mark Britton

Limited food for person, I'm not going any more in the shop,, rude people working in the shop I use to come farr away from home to shoping in the asda one time a week. But from last time I'm not going any more in the shop.
Last minute shopping, no mobility scooter as it’s broken so I struggled with my crutch & a basket. Couldn’t wait to get to checkout & go home. I was fumin as there was no checkouts open & I had to struggle with self service. Oh boy was that fun! Light came on a few times & staff came to sort it. Could see I was struggling but no one offered to help! I was so grateful when my daughter had finished her shopping & came to help me with mine. Lots of shelves are empty & check your fresh produce as lots are bashed & bruised.
Absolutely joke of a place, I did an click and collect ordered due to my baby being I’ll and thought it would be easier. But no I wait for 25 minutes to then go into the customer service desk to let them know I’ve been waiting and then still waiting another 25 minutes and still no one showed with the shopping. Will definitely never do chick and collect again!
Only my 2nd ever visit. Was hunting for toblerone at Christmas and there were none anywhere for that matter. 3 store as it was an ok visit, neither good not bad tbh just another empty shelf of many on that particular day nothing specific to this store
Absolute joke of a supermarket, if you want a trolley make sure you go find your own around the carpark. If the checkout staff spent less time chatting to each other and sent someone out there would be some but apparently trolley guy finishes at 6pm. 6.04pm no trolleys surely he would have had to colle t them in before he leaves for his shift, I mean no trolleys in the bay is a joke
Never nothing on the shelves quite a few members of staff are really rude especially the ones on self-service check out they would rather stand and chat and keep customers waiting . Only thing good about ASDA Chaucer is the cafe excellent staff and service .
