Never open on time - often closes early. Staff don't give a damn (presumably because there's no one to check on them and keep them in line). Went this morning (15 minutes after they were due to open) and they were (not shockingly) still shut. The guy inside said come back in 10 minutes. Apparently no one cares if you open 30 minutes late at Asda.

My wife put the wrong fuel in the car. She realized after filling up and then spoke to the staff. They were not helpful, would not assist to move the car to the parking area, so the car had to be left at the pump and this led to some people getting annoyed. Some petrol stations use cones as this helps customer as they know this happens all the time.. not this one. The Staff didn't make her feel comfortable whilst she was waiting for a mobile fuel drain company to assist. COME ON... you are a supermarket with a filling station some common courtesy would be good. We will never be using this filling station again.
