Only a small Asda but still good for most shopping needs, unfortunately most tills have changed to self serve. Parking outside, easy access. Cash machine outside in the car park and easy access to town and other shops. They do a pick up and drop off point for parcel orders so you can save on other charges.
Well-stocked for a small store, and clean and tidy. Only problems we encountered was that we couldn't park our large campervan anywhere so one of us had to stay in it and "hover". Also only one manned till was open meaning I had to either wait a long time or use the self-service ones hate those!.
Music is far too loud. Staff are awesome, but it’s a supermarket not a nightclub

It was last year when I last went, but used cash machine and did a small shop but they had everything I needed.

Dear Asda I was in your store in Northallerton today and while I was there I was helped by Duncan. He was fantastic helped me find the wine and even went and got me a box from the store. Nothing was to much trouble. I explained I had hurt my back, Duncan carried the wine to them Car. Top service
Coming from Kent where we have a very large ASDA found this one small in limited. Staff extremely helpful.
Went into the Northallerton store today as I was paying for my shopping at a self checkout a member of staff personally came to me & started complaining about a customer having a gambling problem until I told him that the customer was my father-in-law & It was none of his business what he did with his money. I'm not happy... that place down hill over last few months there is only a few members of staff left that are an asset to your company
