Within the last year had Asda checkout female Newtownards grab visa card out of my hand...while trying to checkout and pay for shopping as each time I was trying to pay female checkout operator keep pushing a button on her till as if to cancel my payment this happened about 3 to four times she then abruptly and without warning grabbed visa card out of my hand and held it up and read it.......told female checkout operator she had no right to grab visa card out of my hand. Visa card should NOT be in her possession she laughed as if I was joking she still had visa card in her hand I Told her I was not joking and that visa card should be returned to me... her hands should not be on visa card EVER....she then put visa card it to card machine....... Told her her behaviour was totally uncalled for and highly irregular........ I paid for my shopping...... Watch out for this female shop assistant small dark blonde square cut bob with fringe plump round face...who are these people.? .......... Wat was her game? ???????love to know has anyone else had this ISSUE @ ASDA NEWTOWNARDS.
Worst store in NI, stock of items pathetic, particularly bread etc, hot cross bun̈s 1packet Brennans bloomer white none, brown 3, nutty crust no decent use by dates, bread shelves virtually empty, sick of going near it
This Asda store dirty smells like sewage in places must have problems with drains not good Wen ya food shopping put ya off ya dinner.......staff don't fair much better rag tag bunch U can always tell who has dogs for pets as U can smell dog off them also wat they had for dinner as U can smell chips pan off them as well not a very well presented bunch most could be doing with a hair brush and toothbrush in there Xmas stocking...shelfs never stacked always half empty...U would need to go back often on different days to finish your shopping as this Asda never well stocked ...No customer care skills checkout operator s ...always asking inappropriate questions or staff body slam U in check out isle they must be some type of game they play to c U can body slam and rub up against as many customers as possible prize must be hair brush and toothbrush with any luck so many better Asda Tesco's ect to shop at .
Had to do a cross country trip to find the drink prime for my kids. Have to say they were very impressed when we found it in ards Asda 5*
