Nice staff. Customer toilets. Cafe. Lottery tickets at cigarette counter. Clothing section no changing room. Large car park although due to some people walking through it asking everyone for money, I didn't feel safe. Cash machines outside. Food is not nice hence the rating.
Me and my friend went to buy something and a man working there told us to leave after waiting in the queue. He said ‘get in the queue’, although he literally watched us queue before that. Currently having to be in the other manual checkout now because he keeps staring. Absolutely horrific. For context we have one singular item and like self-checkouts were free. Gets an extra star for 8p veg though.
Absolutely shit, i placed an uber order and they made me wait a whole extra hour before just cancelling my order. miserable employees and inconsiderate people
Staff are rude. Especially the older man think he is Scottish who works in the till area. He’s always so rude and many of my family and friends have experienced terrible service from him.nPizza counter is a shambles. It’s either the rude young man with a beard serving, making you feel like a huge inconvenience, or it’s completely unmanned.nStore is a mess and produce leaves a lot to be desired. Management are horrible and need training in customer service. SomenOf the staff are pleasant but the miserable few certainly let the team down.
A regular store me and my family visit. This ASDA is enormous and contains a wide choice of products. The store is always quite clean and well-stocked to provide for the large amount of customers that are always here.nThe ASDA also contains both clothing and a café as well as groceries. The staff in all of these areas are quite nice and helpful throughout your visit.
