Staff are rude. Especially the older man think he is Scottish who works in the till area. He’s always so rude and many of my family and friends have experienced terrible service from him.nPizza counter is a shambles. It’s either the rude young man with a beard serving, making you feel like a huge inconvenience, or it’s completely unmanned.nStore is a mess and produce leaves a lot to be desired. Management are horrible and need training in customer service. SomenOf the staff are pleasant but the miserable few certainly let the team down.
Today I bought a baby's milknBy mistake it's looks same as I normally buy but ot didn't when I back home then realised its different. later 2hours I back to to store requested return but the manager said not allowed to take return it. Was very rudenI never recommend shopping at asda store
Staff are always friendly but the store is often a mess, no such thing as fresh food and labels are always wrong. Customer services are never available/open and if you do get overcharged for items they make you wait ages then say they can help you. You will also get harassed by homeless outside the shop doors. Terrible store.
On the whole the staff are helpful, however I had to visit the customer toilets and all I can say is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Filthy, loo roll on the floor toilets not cleaned and very stained loo seats broken notl soap to wash your hands, dirty floor one loo was blocked and the smell is awful. I reported this to a young man who said he will mention it and a woman who said to me rudely that it will be done when they get round to it APPALLING...... WITH NO SOAP TO EVEN WASH YOUR HAND THEN SURELY YOUR PASSING GERMS TO FOOD. PLEASE GET THIS SORTED ASAP
Visited the café today for a cup of tea whilst shopping. Queued for a couple of minutes with no staff in site. Once served, the tea was revolting. So much so, we couldn't drink it all. I don't know about the food but avoid the tea at all costs! At least it seemed clean.
