This store is always such a mess. It never gets any better. It's a decent size store which sells everything you need and the staff are friendly. No toilets after the cafe shuts because the disabled toilet is not working. Cafe is rubbish. Food is cold and coffee tastes horrible. Tables are dirty. Need more checkouts open at busy times. Improvements could be made. Manager needs to sort it out!
There’s always room for improvement, but it’s not always about that. Harrison working in the Cafe has a wonderful ‘can do’ attitude, which is pleasing for a lad so young and is a definite asset to the Cafe. If I could do a review for him it would be 5stars. He served us with a smile and also witnessed him handling a complaint very professionally.

This store is a mess. No other way to describe it. Dirty, empty shelves at every turn. Wrong labels/pricing or products dumped in wrong places. There’s always stock cluttering the aisles, simply discarded on the floor still in sealed boxes or wrapped plastic and no staff in sight working them. Cages blocking shelves in nearly every aisle - almost like someone started doing something, clock out time came and they just walked off and left it. Managers walking around uselessly, floating past a pile of mess without a second glance. The bakery section is a joke - make sure to check dates on everythiiiiing because you’ll be lucky to get 2 days out of it. I’m a regular shopper to this store but I’m finding it more and more irritating every week. The only saving Grace is the kind lady at self serve scan yourself, she’s there all the time and she’s always polite, and the older gentlemen in glasses at the lottery counter - love that chap!nGet it together, Longwell.
Customer Service non existent in the cafe. Given a tray with mugs on not even directed to where to find the tea bags or coffee. Was given a dirty mug and when I asked for a clean one was given one dirtier than the first.nNever heard of tannin or cleaning the dishwasher? absolutely disgusting.nCutlery just as bad filthy dirty & water stained.even the containers they were stored in.nDirty sticky tables and floors that just needed spot sweeping. It wasnt even that busy at 3 in the afternoon. Staff not busy, all just playing around behind the counter play kicking each other.nUnpleasant experience. Wish I’d gone elsewhere.
