Absolutely diabolical! 5pm on a Thursday, currently 41 people in the que and only TWO staff on the tills! Been waiting 20 minutes so far and still only half way there! Dumping our trolley and leaving it! Oh now there is only ONE staff member at the tills! Unbelievable! Best is its not a one off either!
If you like to stand in a que for 15 to 20 minutes this is the place to be. Excellent store...but no staff. ASDA employ staff, who want to SERVE customers and not ignore them.
Was a decent size queue as i was returning some items that i didn't even by at this branch but was easier to travel to this store but the queue did go down very quickly as they have an assistant at every desk the assistant that helped me return all the shirts with my receipt was really understanding & quickly refunded my card. The store its self was very clesn with plenty of rollback prices which makes it an excellent place to do some shopping even though its not for food shopping this store is more clothing & household items
Massive ques. Got rid of the self-service tills upstairs and didn't replace them. Now the que goes around the store. Even when all the remaining tills are on.nnShocking service!!!
It's in a good location in a big shopping park, there is also lots of car parking. This Asda living has 2 floors, with clothing and home decor on the ground floor and more clothing and electrical products on the first floor, prices are reasonable, staff are on hand to help if needed.
