I ordered an item online 28th October, to be collected at Asda Yorkgate. Obviously paid for in advance. 2 weeks later I still haven't received item. Tried tracking it with no joy, having just read there's a problem with tracking & to seek a refund. It would have been appreciated if I had been contacted & told this. Customer service 0/10

It was ok. I wanted to browse home but found there was little there. However I did find a gem and delighted with my purchase. It cost £55 but when I looked online they were out of stock and similar lamps were around £150 Maui lamp and I think this is just as nice  so I snapped it up as there was only two left.

Excepted a lot more but the upstairs with home items was very bear. Not sure if this is just because they are waiting on new stock but was disappointed.

Brilliant store for clothes and hardware.nThe only reason I gave the rating 4 instead of 5 because Asda Living should have the checkouts active again on the upper floor which has not been operational for a long time.

Every time I walk by I have to go in their sales are so good
