It pains me to be critical about this store. The staff are absolutely lovely and the range is good for small store. The quality of the veg is shocking. Multiple times I have taken things home to discover they're rotting. Now there is no best before dates it seems stock rotation isn't happening as it should. Come on Asda you're letting yourselves down!
Killed some time off in this Asda , not much there. No clothes just wanted a cardigan lol and the whole shop was freezing. A lot of missing items.
I don't usually have any issues with the store. This evening, 40 minutes before closing, the assistant at the kiosk refused my paypoint payment because that till had already been closed. Quite disappointed that I was told that.
I came twice this morning hoping to get some fresh pastries for breakfast.. They were already baked the first time I came but not yet labelled. I went for a walk thinking surely it wouldn't take long.. I came back about an hour later and they were still not out, and the women there were instead assembling pizzas.. You have a completely empty shelf and zero pastries available to buy at breakfast time and your priority is instead to assemble pizzas?? Who taught you how to do your job? I asked the lady there and she simply told me "they're not out yet".. How about you put them out before it's lunch time then? Ridiculous!
Really well stocked, brands and better priced penny savers..
Usually has most of the items you need. Staff tend to be helpful.
Had the worst experience with them today I paid for delivery for 11 in the afternoon and not got it paid £8.50 and yeah driver was so lazy he said he delivers when he did not after been on phone for hours yeah hours there cancelled my delivery then I was getting told all different rubbish like the driver had it then he was on his way then he didn't have it not happy after waiting in all day
Very poor customer service. I went here 3 times to buy baby milk recently, today the staff told me only 1 customer buy 2 bottles. Why they did not tell me last 2 times ? And other area Asda has no limited, only this asda today has limited. If your store has this rule please leave a note on the shelves to remind customers , in this way I will not feel racist.
Good enough core range of food and drink, including a pizza counter. Drinks selection pretty good, although could improve their alcohol free range. Staff are mainly good, only had one bad experience but probably just an off day for the staff member concerned. Decent value, convenient and probably has what you need if you can't be bothered to go to a big supermarket.
Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but seemed more disjointed and untidy than usual
