I live in a local village so going up to Kingswood Asda and then visiting shops on the rest of the retail park is always a good few hours.nThere are lots of plus points with this Asda-large carpark, petrol station, recycling area, good toilet facilities…nI don’t like the fact that the cafe is not an Asda cafe, there are more and more self service points rather than manned tills and some of the trolleys are well past their useful date.nThe first floor is reached by escalator or lift and is a well stocked George catering from babies upwards. Lots of absolutely gorgeous baby clothes at very good prices, school uniforms, men’s wear in addition to ladies wear and shoes mean that there’s something for everyone. Good range of sizes.nOn the ground floor is everything else: magazines, electrical goods, cards, kitchen and bedding items, the bakery,plus all of the fresh and frozen food, plants and flowers…nThere’s also a good balance of brands and Asda own brand so you can make considerable savings simply by trying own brand items.nA good size store with lovely, helpful staff and a good range of products.
A very busy Asda with superstore status. The options are enormous and the place is bright and airy. There is a huge clothing department on the first floor with escalator access. I noticed that some items are actually a little cheaper than other Asda stores. As you enter the store there is a McDonald's restaurant which appeared to be well used
Superb produce with good prices, on my visit the car park was extremely busy so I parked outside matalan and walked across.nOn this occasion we needed mother's day cards and gifts, top tip when it's occasions like mother's day they add an extra aisle for cards and gifts but that gets depleted very quickly. But you will still find plenty of occasion cards down the card aisle.
Oh my days one word DREADFUL! shelves empty, store dirty, staff too busy chatting. Asked two for assistance and they looked completely perplexed and so not focused in fact their waistcoats should read happy NOT to help you! Let’s the brand Asda down enormously obviously no pride in the management of this store - won’t be back!
Shockingly bad service. I rarely order online from here, only when I cant get a tesco delivery. Every single time the order is wrong, order 3kg of courgettes, 3 courgettes delivered. Order 3 x 1.9 kg joints of pork, 1 x 1.43kg gets delivered. I realise it's an entry level minimum wage job but really, how hard is order picking or basic math skills? It really is farcical, or would be were it not so pathetic. Then after ringing up customer service or rather what Asda class as customer service and waiting 10 minutes for someone to pick up, you are left repeating yourself to someone with at best, a tenuous grasp of English only for them to drop the call. A joke, never again!!!!
