Asda is a fantastic supermarket. They have a cafe upstairs and they sell cloths upstairs. A cloths and bottle bank at the e Terence and a great pick up point if you want to order your food without going into the supermarket a fantastic idea .
Gone very dear. a 2 litre bottle of water 70p.its less than 30p in morrisons,aldi and lidi.the store has turned into a playground for teenagers.with no one there to sort it out.
was in Donegal from Dublin on a day trip and decided to buy my Christmas drink in Asda Strabane, great deals on all alcohol, easly saved over €100
I am disabled and use a disability scooter, I have always parked up and telephoned customer service to ask if someone could bring a scooter out to me, unable to do this now as no facily to speak to customer service, that's is my last link to being able to do my own shopping gone. Shame on you Asda
Good selection of products, friendly staff.
Great shop, good variety of goods, good prices and helpful staff. Me and my family were going to have our breakfast in the ASDA cafe located upstairs, at 11:00 breakfast served until 12:00 today, the place was not busy, and the staff hung a sign "only take away". Very disappointed with this, specially when there was already 3 customers in the cafe only.
Was packed and the self service staff that was on didnt pay attention to customers buying stock and instead went away to check on somethong for a woman who just walked out an aisle
The create your own pizza service was a complete shambles this evening, one person serving is totally unacceptable given the number of people who was waiting for service, it was in no way the fault of that girl behind the counter and she did her best to cope with the demand, another person that was also in the que and is employed there decided to contact other employees who did respond and she did the unthinkable and placed her order of pizza's before the people who was already waiting for over 10 minutes, those employees probably thought that because her position is of a higher level they had no choice but to follow her instructions? very sorry but it's a first come first served rule no matter who or what you are, very unprofessional Asda, training is very much needed.
Just your local Asda with lovely staff and a lot of good products in good prices.
Love this store, always have friendly staff who help assist you any time they can, especially now the new 'till' system makes everything more awkward. They are more than helpful and will give a hand packing groceries, especially if it is busy. Great Staff!
