Busy always. Bigger carpark, a lot of staff.
Just been for my shop and seen a glimsie of a dystopian nightmare I do not wish to repeat, will not be shopping at asda anymore until they get someone on the tills... If you're that paranoid about your customers pay more staff!
Mixed experiences here, had awesome service but also people pushing past you to get the last carrot no 2 metre rules enforced. On the whole great selection of products at a fair price.

Just returned from their optical dept and absolutely blown away by how good they are. Really superb. Professional staff, spotless facilities and a comprehensive range of glasses, all at discounted prices. By far the best optician I've ever met, she was extremely thorough, friendly and helpful. Superb.
Great new trolleys with special handles to minimise bacterial spread
I picked up a click and collect but did not know I needed to download the app to be able to collect my shopping. Some of the easy peelers are bad but when I tried to phone the store no one answers because of unprecedented calls. No where to complain to.
Joke of a place. Sunday afternoon absolutely rammed and theres 6 checkouts open out of only 7 in the store. All about the scan and go or small self service these days. Won't be long till manned checkouts are a thing of the past
