Super happy they have plants in store. I love the 3 for £5 deal. I buy petunias and marigold plugs every year from here. It made my day and has really improved my summer balcony garden. I'm trying the madonna daisy this year. The clematis I bought 2 years ago from here is still hanging on. The Queen Victoria has been awesome. The plants in the foyer are definitely my favourite thing about this store. They have more plants inside too if you are there. I bought some lamb on sale here a few months ago. Overall I find the prices at asda decent. This store is a tad small, but it is OK for picking up a few things. There is a car park if you drive. It's next to a curry's store. I come to this store for my click n collect. The service and wait time is good.
Good availabilty of products- Stuff that you would not find normally in the Big Sainsbury's up the road I mean Asda's peach greek style yogurt, anyone?, hardworking staff, even when they are stretched. They lose a star for the lack of trollies during peak periods. Asked a staff member where the trollies are kept and he pointed to the car park, none whatsoever, although I could have sworn there were maybe four in use at the store! Had to wait for a kind gentleman to give us his once he was done with it. Please address the shortage of trollies.
This place is getting worse and worse!! Go in at 10pm which closes at 11pm. No staff around to help which if they are, I'll admit they are friendly but you can see they're clearly stretched! Up the budget on staffing!!! All the fridge and freezer lights are off so cant see nothing in the fridge or freezer. Never anyone on kiosk, it's just a joke of a store. Customer service is non existent because the store staff are doing too much. Who ever is the area manager for this store isnt very good at their job as they would clearly be able to see that. Reviews speak everything and it's quite clear from the other reviews here that the store is just getting worse.
Lack of items on shelves and in fridges. Always long queues to pay at self service as checkouts are never open. Rude staff who prefer to have private phone calls instead of replying to you when you say thanks, and when asking where the bags are just pointing rather than offering to grab you one.
For the love of God don't do click and collect here, you will be waiting minimum 20 min with 3 ppl in front of you, worst customer service ever. Elaborate Molly: I have done a click and collect on 4 occasions and all of those times I have had to wait for more than 15/20min as your one member of staff behind that kiosk is so overwhelmed, they have to deal with click and collects/general shopping/alcohol and tobacco sales/refunds/exchanges/Uber shopping and god knows what else. I have asked for a manager on numerous occasions and they are never in. I think I can count 3/4 staff members on the whole shop floor, why are you guys being so tight on staff? You make so much profit and yet you stretch it to a point it suffers on customer service. I spoke to your staff who have said they have raised it with management but nothing has been done. You need to sort this out, look at how bad the ratings are for this store. Don't just say sorry do something about it.
i made an order from deliveroo yesterday and wasnt given all of my order nor refunded for it my shopping cost all together £200 which i was hesitant to spend seeing has it is a lot of money im going to be writing a formal complaint because it seems to me asda are loosing money and now trying to rob the customers, i for one will never shop in asda again lost a loyal customer
Their website states all availability of items in their stores, which is clearly not true. I've visited this branch several times and I has very little of what their website advertises. Not to mention the hygiene levels within the store, or the rude clients they attract. Literally yesterday waited for a lady for over 25min to sort out her shopping on the checkout, while the store staff was watching us wait and build a queue. After the 20th minute only did they introduce another staff, after not even letting the customer / lady know about the self checkouts where she could have been helped between 2 to 3 members of staff, instead of blocking the only checkout lane for tobacco and other products you cannot get from other place in the store. Spent around 30min in the store, and another 45 to get there, only to find out that the website is very misleading in reflecting what the store ACTUALLY offers.. Bumpkins, nada, niente, zlich!
Here is the information you requested. The order number is 8142264000708. The returned products are: Spaghetti, Freshness strawberries, rich roast instant coffee, chicken breast fillets, mushrooms, salmon and bear turkey slices. The guy who brought the order home told me that there was no problem and that I would receive the refund as soon as it arrived at the warehouse.
Staff is super rude and the supermarket seems like it’s been assaulted. Sunday 15th October If you want to feel like in a post apocalyptic movie go there.
Whent in this store to do a little shopping yesterday, 8th Feb 2024. Young Asian man helping people at self checkout calling older customers 'Uncle ', which is a derogatory expression for old person. Not acceptable. These are customers. Call them sir, madam, Miss. It's only polite and respectful to do so.
