Having needed to stop for groceries in my way home from kidney dialysis, I was having a hard time getting my breath and dealing with muscle cramps.  I asked Geoff, who was supervising the self checkouts, if I could sit down a minute before proceeding. He promptly offered to process and bag all of my groceries for me.  What an awesome guy!  Past 11pm, and he is still showing a positive attitude.  I guess most of us wouldn't have that attitude after a long day on our feet.  Thanks Geoff....

for the past couple of weeks i’ve been come in to this asda after work and every time we’ve been greeted with a lovely smile by geoff at the self checkouts he’s very helpful and kind to us and always is there to have a joke with me definitely deserves all the praise go geoff!!!!

Security accused me of stealing, even though I clearly wasn't. Other than that  encounter, this place is pretty good, generally has everything I am looking for and has a very good range of products.

I went into Asda in Totton needing help with a parcel. I spoke to Kevin on the phone who was super; very friendly, professional and helpful. I then arrived and met Carly who also helped me alongside Kevin. They both went above and beyond for me in order to help me. The level of service I received from both Kevin and Carly was exceptional. They are both a credit to the company   thank you both.

Collected shopping fromm pickup point . All bays full of uber drivers waiting for 40 mins to collect shopping. When asked the staff they inform us only one picker and she just been on break. Sort it out asda

The click and collect service is terrible. I waited in a queue over 20 minutes to collect my order. It would have been quicker to go in to the store. Unfortunately this is not an isolated occasion. I regularly have to wait for a long time to collect. The staff have no sense of urgency or concept there is a long queue. Really disappointing.

My friends bought me some light orange coloured roses from Asda and I can honestly say they are the best roses I have ever had. They have opened up beautifully and the colour is stunning. So often roses just stay as buds but not these. I would have posted a picture if there had been the facility

Just been shopping there and found out after talking to a member of staff that none of their bread products are fresh as in baked in the store, it all arrives frozen and our bread rolls were still frozen on the shelves. Nothing on the packets to say they were frozen before arriving at the shop. This does explain why the quality of their bakery products has fallen so much in the last couple of years.

Plenty of parking at 6pm ish Got what I needed quickly & got through self checkout without issue. Store is well lit & a reasonable temperature throughout.

2/3 place click collect busy by asda workers, but custemrs must wait more than 30 min. you should prohibit  your workers make shoping in work time if they dont have time for customers. very rude and agressive men to kick out
