Shop here regularly as it is the only big grocery store In Hounslow. Staff unfriendly, rude, lack of staff and they don't have the answers when you ask them a question.nAt the self checkout the staff are always busy chatting about their personal life, rather than helping customers, yet without our custom how will their wage be paid. Don't know why they insist we use self scan. Don't customers have the right to choose to pay at self/staff assisted. Bring back our good shops. Bring back our staff assisted checkouts.nOh yes and listen to this, the bloody cheek of the pharmacy staff asking me if I have a parking ticket and if I can show it to them, quickly they keep mine and give me theirs. I gave them a mouthful. Sam.
Very Disappointed and frustrated.nnI was visited yesterdayfather’s dayAsda Hounslow store,we saw an offer on Ferrero chocolate then we decided to buy 30packs, then we ask one of the colleague in Asda. He informed me this offer will last for more than one week.Then we decided to buy on next dayMondaywe visited the store there is no offer . If the guy doesn’t know about offer he can simply say I don’t know. Then I complained about the situation to one of the manager they are ignoring my complaint. When I raised the problem, the night manager stepped in straight away and handled the situation with professionalism and care. They listened to my concern, offered a quick and fair solution, and made sure I left completely satisfied.nnIt’s not often you come across such attentive customer service late in the evening, and I really appreciated the effort. A big thank you to the night manager for resolving everything smoothly—I’ll definitely continue shopping here with confidence.

I went grocery shopping today and, at first, everything was fine. We were asked for our ID for drinks, which is normal. However, when we approached a staff member named Madhavi for help, the experience was very disappointing.nnThe store wasn’t busy at all, yet she seemed annoyed and uninterested in assisting us. She gave us unfriendly facial expressions, as if we were bothering her. It honestly felt like she was irritated to even be helping customers. I don’t understand why someone with that attitude would work in customer service.nI left the store feeling unwelcome and unhappy with the service. This is not the experience I expect when shopping here.
