The Pharmacy never answer their phone. How are you meant to check if your prescription has come in if they never answer the phone. Also since the brothers took over its like they are asset stripping the place. I was in here yesterday and the place has never looked worse. I worked there for 16 years and it was going downhill throughout the years then but went in yesterday and was shocked at how bad stocking and staff levels were. Every staff member looked unhappy and the stock levels were like the store was closing down. Rubbish and empty cardboard all over the place. It doesn't look like it's outside has been cleaned in years now.
Came into the store as forgot my £1 coin for a trolley... 3 empty racks for baskets store wasn't overtly busy asked a store member if there any and he just shrugged and said obviously not.. very unprofessional. So it made shopping difficult, and not a great experience.
The staff are unhelpful and ignorant this is nothing new in this store I recently went in to buy a streaming stick the price advertised on line was £22 in the store it was £40 so I went to customer service what a joke to find out the price I was told to go to self-service when I entered the product on the machine it told me someone is coming I ask the woman I want to know the price it is different to the price on line I was told the price on line is different to store price. What a joke so I left. Most of the staff in this store should be ashamed of themselves.
Lady on the hot pizza counter took our orders bit decided to tell us half way through making them that the oven is off. ‍nShe was rude & basically couldn't be arsed to be there & wasn't shy about the fact.nSecond time this week we've attempted to get fresh cooked pizza won't be bothering again.
Never have any small trolleys available and when I asked the staff member collecting them for one she refused despite me having a pound coin in my hand.
