The Elgin store is indeed a great buy out to stock in for stays at remote locations heading to Dufftown or nearby villages like Rothes. Great store with vast choice of local produce as well as updated stocks of breads and fresh food. Parking available and wheelchair accesible parking as well as entrance. Place is big and the checkout is faster. Prompt and friendly staff. I love ASDA as they are greatly helping the local farmers by selling their products hassle free for them. Best store in this part of Speyside.
Booked an online home delivery order. The driver for my delivery was Robert from the Elgin ASDA store. I often get anxious when talking to people I don't know, but Robert was very friendly, allowed me to take my time and made feel relaxed. Such a nice fellow! I hope Robert and everyone else at ASDA has a great new year. Thank you!

Visited this store today and was helped by Alana Wall in the George clothing dept and Michele Lamb at the courtesy desk. Both were very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Appreciated their help.
First and last time I get a home delivery. 2 sides of Salmon totalling £16.00 not delivered and no refund. Just look at the order it was a bulk shop why would I spend £168.00 and try to steal £16.00. I've been robbed!!!
On the day we went to Asda we were looking for clothes for the granddaughter to go back to school. When we arrived at the retail park it was chock-a-block but we put that down to the road works blocking off half the road at the main roundabout, so we continued in and did the shopping anyway. We are very pleased with what we got, and the prices, considering the cost of living crises, we're very reasonable. And that was when we found out there had been an accident elsewhere in Elgin and it was causing massive tailbacks. When we got back to the car, to our horror we saw the queue just to get out of Asda curled all the way round the car park and was barely moving. For me, this was a massive problem. I can sit in the car for a couple of hours at a push, that is to get somewhere and back, then the pain becomes increasingly unbearable. Yes I could stay at home like a prisoner, but going out in the car is one of the few enjoyments still available to me. So seeing a very slow moving queue with no prospect of getting home anytime soon, well let's just say my heart sank as I thought of what I was about to face. But then the hero's came. Staff from Asda came out and started to direct the traffic right right up to the road in and out. Suddenly the queue started moving. Not fast, but a slow steady pace that would allow everybody exit in a reasonable time. And these hero's did this with a smile and a comment to passing drivers. This was above and beyond their jobs but they did it for their customers. All credit to them and Asda should be proud of the type of staff they have working for them. I know that we couldn't appreciate them more anyway!
Seen one seen 'em all. Not much to say Great range of products at reasonable prices. Who doesn't know ASDA.
Good selection in this Asda store. Staff not filling shelves up fast enough, had to go and fetch items for me. Quickly done, though, and friendly service. I bought cards and the price stickers on them leave a residue that’s hard to remove and one card front was ruined by my careful! efforts, very annoying, and time wasted
My order was foe 2/4 pm and did nit arrive till 6.30pm not happy with this service
