ordered groceries and i had ordered a quantity of 7 of an item yet none turned up, called store and they can not confirm if they had it in stock or not yet offer no help or alternative, lady got so rude at the end and hung up the phone. beforehand could hear the colleagues laugh at the situation before passing it off to eachother even have the order number to show and proof of no item given. absolutely horrible should have asked for a name to report the person speaking
Unpleasant experience – encountered a dismissive attitude from Tracey, telling me the tills close at 10pm prematurely at 9.53pm, resulting in a frustrating 20-minute self-service ordeal for a £200 shopping trip. Won't be returning to this store; it seems staff indifference and lack of common sense is the norm. Please can you raise this with the manager Andy Waters or provide me with his contact details
Visited early Sunday morning in Oct. Fuel pay at pump no problem. Plenty of free parking with wide disabled bays. Some people still wearing face coverings. Most shelves were fully stocked, with only a few items we wanted unavailable. Plenty of staff around to help. Checkout quick, safe and simple.
Firstly the PETROL has holes and animals are going in and not getting out,Not hygienic.Lots of littering which is not good for the world?!?? Secondly Asda Staff really rude and they know that i need help and 20 minutes later still waiting in the same isle still NOBODY ??!?! At LEAST there are free parking Thirdly all of the items are on the floor??!?!? Trolleys are "okay". I recommend you DONT come here and find somewhere else. WHAT THE HECK ASDA??
4/4/24...The appalling service continues from last week.Was at the checkout today with items on the conveyor , and the till operator is sat there talking to a customer who had paid and packed and never acknowledged that myself and two others were waiting to go through.I asked tongue in cheek if she was on her lunch break to which she replied go to self scan if I don't like it . I said i'm all for talking but not when 3 people are stood there ages waiting to go through while she's having a private conversation.She repeated the same sarcastic remark.I said we'll see how she feels when i show this review to her manager and she has to explain herself. 28/3/24...Absolutely totally unacceptable..Wanted to buy 5 plastic storage boxes from George which were on the shelf and the size i wanted,but only 2 lids were there. Nobody about to ask , walked down to self scan to ask someone and she said she would put a call out..15 minutes later no one arrived.She put the call out again and still no one after another 15 minutes. Didn't offer to help beyond putting the call out. On the third request the supervisor put a call out and 12 minutes later still no one arrived. A friend of mine who was coming down from Blackburn called me to say he was on his way when I first got to the aisle looking for what I wanted. He called me 35 minutes later to say he had arrived and where was I ? He'd set off from Blackburn in rush hour traffic and had got to mine just off Fold Green while I was still stood there waiting for someone to to come and help ! ! This should have taken 20 minutes tops from walking in to driving out I had the little dog in the van and an elderly ill relative at home and I was seething ! ! The supervisor said the girl covering George Home was off sick.! So..out of all the staff in the whole of the. store , is she saying no one else , including herself can help with a simple 5 minute task of going checking the warehouse to see if any more lids were there? Pathetic ! told her they can stuff off and left. If I ran my business like that I would be customerless in less than a week.Not acceptable by any means.Its not just this time either You have to go on a search mission to find anybody and the ones you do find are clueless and shouldn't be working there . You may find someone occasionally who knows what they're doing but that is in the minority , and this today was well out of order.The management want stuffing !
Very disappointed today when i went into the store to order 2 kickin chicken fajhita woodfired sourdough base pizzas to be told you can no longer have create your own pizzas on the woodfired base. I didn't think i was creating my own pizza as they had always made these pizzas before. The ladies offered no explanation as to why. I shop in the store everyday but this as left me very disappointed. Why a change all of a sudden thought you would want to keep your customers happy
Absolutely fuming!!! I ordered one meal and they didn't send the meat or the garlic bread and they reused to also refund my missing items!!! Never will I order again.

Can't believe that this asda and some staff specially that new security officer women turn to so rude unprofessional kind of rasist to colour guy she's think every colour guy is thief and sadly to this she's well back up by the store manager too. Today I went there with my family and kids as usual so I went my shopping with my 2 little kids under 5 years old paid inside on them machine things but didn't got recipient passed that women security officer inside with smile buy she's keep looking us make us felt like we are thief but any way we passed through her as soon am near to my car in car parking she is run aftr us with her colleagues in public car park and accusing me then I told her straight I paid check you are inside machine and shows her banking proof on my phone ? Aftr few minutes she's walk away with out even saying sorry words to me and I was only colour guy she been stop even outside in car park in 2 hours time? She was made me embarrassed in front of my little children? And others people's outside . Damage my reputation . Disrespect me even I haven't done anything aftr this made it complain to manager .manager stick for her side rather then say apologies or sorry to me . I asked chadderton asda store manager few questions wich he wasn't properly replied me . First security officer should be stop me inside then I don't mind. Why she's was running like thief to me to my car and don't even care that I got little kids with me and in public people's watching me what they gona think about me ? Store manager didn't even answered me and really disappointed me same security women 4 weeks aga stop my disabled Mrs 2 times rather she was help her give to her hard time and I got proper proof so am taking my solicitor advisor and getting report to authority to take legal action about unprofessional untrained rude with bad attitude security officer and backed up by Store manager........ really really disappointed me never ever gona go there again worse experience in my life with this asda. Absolutely shocking disgusting behaviour by the store manager known as ‘Cath’/ Andrew store manager accused me of stealing in the presence of my wife and daughter for no reason at all, the lady is a racist evil lady and I will never shop again in Asda after the disgusting experience. She also physically invaded my personal space and did not even apologise after the trauma by daughter has been put through and my wife’s post natal depression, absolutely horrible racist company. This happened yesterday 9th October 2023. I have to add this to warns others innocent customers I logged complain with all this what happened to my family and me on 11th October 2023 and guess what happened after three weeks directly retaliation came from same rasist security women and chadderton asda same manager Andrew/cath Asada complained department made me laugh insisted of they doing this seriously complain independently asked and did forwarded my complained to same manager of chadderton oldham asda . I already made complain against him and that racist security women so he directly gave her favour again insisted of get rid off her and asked me for sincerely apology band my disabled Mrs from shopping now I got worried infure that rasist women gona band of my rest family cause she's local she's knew every one and she's fully backed off by this store manager Andrew/Cath. Am gona take this matter to news plus local council and court just wanted to warns others don't complain about this asada to asda complain department cause they pass over you are information to the same store manager and he will do directly retaliation take it personal to banned you and your family for using weapons as shoplifting with out proof .... I try to put that exclusions letter they gave it to my disabled Mrs here cause am genuinely victims of this racist rude security women support by Store manager....... SAM AT SERVICES Came in to collect my order from services, Sam didn’t acknowledge my presence. Stood around for 4/5 mins and wasn’t welcomed in any way. No eye contact. Once her colleague asked ‘what’s he here for’ Sam then replied ‘pick up order’. How magical she can read minds! After 5 mins the first thing said ‘what’s the name’, she gave me my bags from behind her. Wasted time waiting for no reason. Sam, if services isn’t your thing, happily stock shelves at night shifts, no one will bother you then…
