It's good, simple as that. Not perfect but not terrible.
Used the self scan, a bottle of whiskey wasn’t a recognised item. A member of staff took it from me to resolve the matter. She started chatting to a customer she knew and five minutes later I was still waiting for the bottle back. I abandoned the checkout with the all items still there. Lost interest in making a purchase.
Wow! Called in today and left. Large number of people not wearing masks despite being asked to politely by staff. Not only not wearing masks but getting very close to responsible shoppers. This is not aimed at exempt people. Will not be going back.
VIRUS CENTRAL! Loads of customers without masks and not a single member of staff/security challenging them! Not a safe place to shop!
Great sized superstore, good value for money and friendly, straight forward staff.
