Can find almost everything you looks for. Competitive pricing. Need to appreciate the JE food items by asda which is more cheap. I will not recommended to visit there after 11.00 pm because amost of the products will be out of stock. Its better to visit in the morning and noon. Need more supporting staffs.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had there is no way of contacting customer support about certain issues and if you try they just hang up on you.  I ordered a chocolate cake and Red Bull I don’t know who decided best match but apparently pancakes are the best match instead of a chocolate cake and that makes no sense. I won’t be shopping here again are ordering again

Poor customer service . As I work for a competitor grocer I would expect customer services to check other stores for an item I was looking for . Apparently didn’t know the number of other stores and refused to even “ Google “ the number . So I had to travel and look myself . Not what I would expect for retaining customer loyalty nor certainly not what  accosted to at my rival store  Thankyou Tasha , the time was 13.49  on the 27/9/22 , the colleague was white , early, mid- thirties , brunette , shoulder length hair in a ponytail. The query related to a product for an infant of 7 weeks and in my opinion unacceptable to expect a young mother to travel to another store with an infant on the “ off chance” they may have a product . Basic courtesy and customer service lacking.

My 1st visit, from out of area, large store, needed ladies clothing for a hospital visit. Very helpful staff pointed me in right directions for various item's needed in a hurry. Very well stocked in meats/bakery section, in fact all food Isles, & thank you to the lady at the till, friendly & polite.

Enjoy shopping at Asda. The aisles are spacious and there's always a good variety of stock. It's also brilliant you guys do a Blue Light Discount.  My only suggestion is to please improve the quality of Royal Gala apples as quite often they are bruised and marked. It's one thing we have to shop for elsewhere.

Since the new owners have taken over my favourite item have gone off the shelf and there's never any thing that I need on the shelfs after 12.00am its a pity looks like i be changing my supermarket and at the self checkout its all ways asking for authorise person to check when everything is in order and it takes the staff about over 5mins to realise customers needs help what a joke i was a very loyal customer not any more bye asda

Appalling service from the lady at the self serve checkout. I purchased some watermelons paid on card, and was leaving when she came towards me laughing. She stopped me and had to compose herself she was laughing that much. I asked if she was ok and she burst out laughing again and then accused me of stealing the fruit. I asked if she wanted to see my receipt and she started laughing again and said yes. I showed her my receipt and she was satisfied but continued to laugh I left, as I was fuming and would have been rude had I had stayed. The whole saga left me emotionally drained as i was shopping for a Prayer meeting following my fathers death. Complained to manager still waiting for a response.

A nice supermarket with friendly staff. Open 24 hours. I'm really lucky it's near my house. HMC Halal. Ample parking.  A great selection of food.

I visited the store on Thursday 7th July around 6.30 -7.30 with my two nieces, while looking my elder nice who is 13 broke the glass lid of a candle, while looking around no staff to be seen in the area, I gathered the glass to make it safe for others customers, I walked to customer service nobody at the desk, while looking I hear an aggressive floor worker approach me saying are you going to tell anybody about the broken glass, aggressive tone, disrespectful and scared my younger niece. I explained what had happened, he continued to question me and advisors I should have sent a child to customer services unsupervised   clearly doesn’t understand the world we live in  he continued to be argumentative and disrespectful, I ask for his name to which he stated I can read ithe was called Faroz I asked to speak to a manager.  The manager was polite lady, she had not been advised what had happened and apologies. No mention of how this behaviour is unacceptable and the lack of customer service. I asked for the head office number, which a lady who finally was at the desk provided me with.  While walking around later sorted the member of staff pointing at us while speaking to other staff member.  I can see from other reviews, customer service seems to be lacking from this store  Asad really need to review customer service training and staff.  I wouldn’t give any stars for the behaviour experienced. But a lovely lady at the checkout who is cheerful and helpful.

Hi  This store is a joke no health and saftey basics followed especially at night when their filling shelves up.  Never can find staff around when you do their all hung around having a chat. Que lines at night are ridiculous as ppl are waiting down the aisle most days only seem to have 1 cashier on . I dont know who the manager is but he or she needs replacing no standards at the store.
