Asda Birchwood Superstore

Had most things I needed and the store was clean. More checkouts open would have made paying for my stuff easier and quicker. Other than that, everything was fine.

It's an average sized Asda with plenty of free parking. Part of a medium sized shopping mall. Disappointed that they stopped doing custom pizza.

Second day running only two cash self service tills working. Also never baskets at the door but behind the bin pillar. Last time I use this store

Would be nice if the two regular ladies on the self service checkouts who advertise "happy to help" could tell their faces!!

Today I had some Dove deodorant in my trolley but when I got to checkout computer says " can't sell this to you" . Can I ask why is this on the shelf to be purchased? This is a store selling goods which are on display,or have I got the wrong idea about trading. This product was removed from my trolley and I had to go elsewhere to purchase it ,which I did. Not impressed with service.

Generally they have everything I need. Quite clean, shelves are mostly full. Lots of parking spaces and ample trolleys

They never ever have any empty baskets in front, you always got to go search for one at the till

All you need if you are living in Birchwood area. Sometimes it gets crazy busy, but mostly it is ok+ Asda staff is always nice and friendly

For the size it always seems to be lacking stock other Asda stores seem to carry.its pretty good if you're in the area but other Asda stores are better
