Visited today to get some shopping. My friend wanted a pastry case.we stopped an adds worker to ask for help. We said excuse me could you tell us ...she snapped at us and said I'm running around after another bloody customer and walked away. We only wanted to know where we would find a pastry case. Don't know about wearing ...happy to help on her coat. Got to checkout and see her on self service tills. Name badge had OLGA on it. Perhaps it should of said OGRE. SERIOUSLY LOVE IF YOU ARNT HAPPY LEAVE but don't take it out on the customer. !!!

My local store. It’s convinient at least but the management team sorely need a rocket up their backsides when it comes to keeping their staff in check. The service there is atrocious, mainly emanating from the team who man the self service check outs. Every time I use one and have the misfortune of needing help from a member of staff, I am made to feel like I’m a nuisance. A phrase Peter Kay once coined I think sums their attitude up well “I feel like I’ve walked into their house on Christmas Day and p****d on their kids”. Snooze you lose Asda - shoddy service puts consumers off and you’ve got it in adunbance recently.

Asda biggleswade is set back off the main centre of town behind the banking services on the high street set on the old brewery site there is ample std carparking and dedicated disabaled bays by the front of Store ANPR CAMARA CONTROLED PARKING at the entrance. let the Cc desk know you need more time by giving your car registation no:
instore baker, fish monger, butcher, ect, ect, and home entertainment dept covers your main shopping requierments
