It’s a 50/50 if you’re doing an online order if it’s actually going to show up! Had an order booked to arrive between 3:30 - 4:30 today, refund appears in account at exactly 3:30pm. If this was a one off I’d understand but it happens all the time and always at the last minute!
Had a lovely visit to the create your own pizza in-store today Saturday the 16th of August 17:30. The lady serving was amazing, very polite and was extremely helpful all at the same time as doing the bakery.
Well, both my wife and myself are shocked by the lack of hot food in you cafe. No jacket potato no buggers of any description plus no macaroni and cheese with a shop full of food I find it incredible, why you bother to advertise, hot food. When you don't have any hot food.Time when we visited the cafe was 1.15
Happily shop here regularly and want to mention how amazing Niru and Jo are. They always help me when needed and give good Rewards advice. They've often supported me when one or both of my children aren't enjoying the shop shall we say! Niru puts a smile on my face every time I visit and is an absolute asset to the store
I don’t do this at all but today I had too, I got to this store every other day, mainly to the kiosk counter to get my daily bits. I’m always greeted by lovely Indian lady, she knows everything I buy off by heart she greets me with a smile and always ask about my day and what I am doing, while she does what she needs to do very quickly and attentively. If I could give her 5 stars for herself i would. But TODAY is about your atmosphere your team showed is ridiculous!! They don’t wear correct uniform most of the days must be days where no manager is around.Today I saw the Indian lady who was helping another person get yelled at from the other side of the store from a so called colleague to hurry up and that ‘she couldn’t be on left on her own’ what nonsense! People should be ashamed of themselves how they carry themselves wearing Asda uniform, I saw zero teamwork today. Furthermore this happens often I see the Indian lady running the self serve on her own while the mother hens are in a group clucking away giving zero support to her. She is overwhelmed you can tell, but still smiling and doing her up most best she possibly can. Get control of your staff managers!!! This is not a bad review on the Indian lady she deserves 5 and more. But the rest of them isn’t even worth a zero. It’s a shameful store I come in every other day get just get on with it as you do, but half the time they are on thier phones messaging away haha like teenagers! But they are all grown women/men. Get some control over your staff Barry Asda!
