Delivery turned up but the person that packed it thought it was ok to put a loaf of bread with a case of beer turned up completely flat and packaging open
The randomness of the stock in the shop surprises me. There seems to be some really obvious but small things missingnThe stock doesn’t have the greatest dates on it and isn’t always in the best condition. It’s almost as though the good stuff gets delivered to big Asda and the left overs get sent here.nThe layout is also quite strange.nnHad a photo printing machine and the staff are friendly. Ok for last minute essentials but you’d struggle to do the weekly shop here.
It's pretty good but too small so doesn't have near half of Asda products
Appaulling service! 6 drivers waiting for delivery upto 45 minutes to 1 hour!! And 1 person only picking. When you politely ask they get aggresive towards drivers. This should not be the case! We delivrry drivers deserve better treatment!!
A close family member who has an eye condition and arthritis visited this shop today, and due to the one check out not working she had to use the self-service. Due to her eye condition she asked a member of staff for help, the woman was clearly not happy to help as she was chuntering under breath. Once my family member had finished her shopping, the member of staff turned to her colleague and said “there’s clearly nothing wrong with her”. My family member asked for help due to not being able to see the screen and this is how she was treat.
