This was the best steak I've had in ages. The hostess recommended trying a steak that's different to the typical steak, so we tried what she recommended and they were delicious! They both came marinated in a chimichuri sauce tasted so good that you didn't need sauce. We also ordered the chips, spinach and mushrooms. Everything was rich and delicious. We even ordered dessert, the truffle chocolate cake which was also delicious. The place was busy but too packed which was nice. The toilets were clean and service was excellent. Food is halal, however, alcohol is served. Chef even checked to see if we were enjoying the food. Would love to come back for a sudden occasion Dietary restrictions: Halal
Delicious food! The ribeye steak was perfect medium rare and was probably the best steak I've ever had although do note I don't eat steak very often. I'm not the biggest fan of lamb shank in general, but if you do like it, you'll love it here. The sides completed the food well. The dessert I had was the chocolate cheesecake and that too was absolutely delicious. Overall worth it for the food and excellent service. Would definitely come again on special occasions, but price is a bit hefty to have this on the regular.
This might be the best steak in East London and one of the best in all london! The quality of meat is amazing, the flavours and general ingredients are delicious. Cooked to perfection. Service is consistently great, this is my third visit. Venue is nice and atmosphere is mellow and romantic. Thoroughly enjoy this place. The food is amazing!
I ordered the fillet medallion, cooked rare, which was juicy and cooked to perfection. Accompanying the steak was the creamy mash, which was very creamy and smooth but needed a few grinds of salt and pepper, which I did. I got both options of the empanadas, one chicken and one beef; both fillings were tender and generously filled but lacked seasoning and weren’t as flavourful as I would’ve liked. All their steak sauces are delicious. Service was brilliant and pricing very modest. Definitely would return.
THE BEST Steaks I have tasted! I went for the steak platter. The meat was cooked to perfection. The fries were perfectly crispy and the Mac n Cheese tasted great. Great staff, very warm and welcoming. The quality of the food here is unreal. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.
Ok so the location is not great and parking can be tricky but it is worth the effort. We ordered the tasting platter of steak. It was sensational. We also got a womderful mushroom sauce with it. The burger was also very good as was the salmon dish. This is clearly a very professionally run place with great service and exceptional food. I am amazed at the humble location for a 5star experience. On a minor negative point, I would ask that they rethink their music. When I dine out, I like ambient, background music. I don't want to feel that I am in a night club and unable to converse comfortably with my fellow diners. They did turn the music down when I asked them to. Desert. We tried the sticky toffee pudding which was excellent. Just the right amount of sweetness without being too sweet. The service was efficient and impeccable.
Amazing!! First time trying Asado Steakhouse and it did not disappoint. 5 star customer service and the food was exceptional. The pan fried scallops were just wow. Highly recommended. The Empanadas were really nice. We had a ribeye and fillet. But cooked perfectly. This place goes on the top of my list for steak. Will definitely be back. Update: Went back again on the 14th of December and it was amazing again. Exceptional service. This time around I tried the dessert and it was 10 out of 10.
Hard to believe that an establishment of this quality can be operating so quietly in Leytonstone. The quality of food was was very high, better than many steak houses in central London. The prices were more than reasonable and the overall experience was very good. If you want a Central London / West End food experience without leaving east london then this is the place to visit.
Wow what a place! The steaks were so incredibly juicy, tender and tasted incredible. I had the chimmichurra sauce which paired so well with my sirloin cut. The Mac and cheese was astounding too. Service was so friendly - I was only surprised that the place wasn’t heaving! Parking around the corner from 6.30pm is free.
Located in rather quiet corner of leytonstone High Road, I discovered this gem of a place recently. They have very simple menu and as the name suggests with speciality in Argentinian steaks. Argentinean grass fed beef is prized for its superior flavour, leanness, and high omega-3 content. With six different breeds of cattle, a variety of cuts contribute to the popularity of Argentinian barbecue, or asado. An asado grill is built into brick or ceramic over rather than metal casing. These materials do a better job containing high heat over a longer period of time. This allows a steak to cook slowly, smoking it rather than searing the outside and leaving the inside rare. This results in such flavorful and tender steak and I experienced the true yesterday of Asado at this place. I ordered medium to well porterhouse, while other 2 in the group ordered a medium Fillet and a medium rare Porterhouse. I must admit all of them were cooked to perfection even medium to well was so tender and workout any chewiness to it. We also tried grilled chicken wings starters and Ecuadorian spicy sauce was refreshing with a kick to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a proper steak then look no further. Staff was nice and helped us choose the right item from the menu. Place was slightly darker for my liking but to be honest who cares when you are served one of the best steaks I have ever tasted.
