Ordered a few parts which got lost in transit and never got to me. The retailer could handle the situation better and not just make me wait through all investigation for nothing as I could not ride my bike half season without the ordered parts. Anyway... got refund like two months later.
I bought a replacement kickstart lever for my 250 SX after the OEM part failed twice!!. I've also ordered a few small parts since and always found the service to be fast and reliable with great products all round. Would definitely recommend.
Brilliant service from this company, I ordered a silicone hose kit and the writing/logo on one hose was upside down, I rang As3 and they apologised and said they would get some more manufactured but it would take a few weeks, most companies would of not been interested but these guy dropped me an email a few weeks later saying the new hose are ready, A** service, highly recommend
Terrable quality, snapped cables after three months, please if you ride your bike often these cables are not for you, plus you need to record how many hours you ride your bike as this is part of the AS3 REFUNDS policy, ive now put the original 15 year old cable back on as it was just changed due to age, it's smother ,lighter and definitely more confident than the AS3 THat breaks at the soldering joint, avoid at all cost,

I ordered brake pads, front brake line and a bolts kit for my kxf 450 all great quality arriving before expected delivery time, with customer service being really useful during a time of when they did not have a product in stock. I will continue buying products from them.
I ordered a set of coolant hoses from AS3 for my 2001 Triumph Sprint RS. The kit I received was for the later model engine that was changed in mid-year. I contacted them & Ben told me to just send them back & they would swap them out. This I did, expecting to get a request for payment for the 5 hose kit rather than the 4 hose one I had received as well as shipping costs. That didn't happen. They comped me both the extra kit cost and the shipping. I was surprised and most pleased. So here's a tip-o-the-hat to AS3 and Ben for getting me sorted and customer service that's above and beyond.
Hassle free and very quick delivery. Would recommend
