It takes a long time to bring a cold pack when you fall. There is none at the Reception. And the rescuers on duty sent us to the reception. We had to wait for the leisurely manager until she came and brought our child a cold compress
I swim in littlehampton wave all the time but have paid a visit it arun leisure tonight. The swimming pool is not clean and water is salty? The changing rooms are in a total mess and the floor looks like a toilet. The staff need to be more like littlehampton wave staff happy, friendly,and professional. Also lucky if you can get a swim due to lifeguard training all the time.nUpdate back in the pool tonight it's still needs a deep clean and water is not clean poor condition.
Attend bounce sessions twice a week here and absolutely love it!nnStaff on reception are always friendly and welcoming.nnPlace is always clean and tidy.
some staff are nice but not all, as for the pool toilets they stink so bad it burnt my eyes when I went in there, been like it for over a week full of wee and gaffer taped up job done, the gym equipment is poor most of it is broken reported it nothing ever done, update 16/10/2016 new younger staff are very nice life guards place is getting worse only staying due to my kids do clubs at Littlehampton end of this year I'm leaving this place ps if kids from school want the gym your out even if your working out update 19/12/2016 this place is getting worse look how dirty it is. i will keep updating until this is sorted new update 6th of may 2017 floors are so dirty in swimming pool,mold every where comenon you guys clean up ,Jun 1st 2017 after speaking to the area manager about people leaving due to the poor management he told me what do you want me to do make people stay, no I said just clean the place. he then got very aggressive towards me by raising his voice and trying to intimidate me with his cocky manner and rude come backs what an angery man. I got the better of him by saying this conversation is getting us both no where, I suggest you go about your business and im off to do some squats. his face turned to thunder I turned up the turns and walked off i have now left and found a new gym be warned stay away from this place. new update I've now found a home from home go to vk gym in Bognor you will find a nice clean place with lots of help and smiling faces you will feel better using vk
The building is alright however it needs a lot of work doing. For example the men’s changing rooms don’t even have cubicles. Which is pretty poor for today. And some parts need refurbishing. And the slide wasn’t working. At least try to give people a good representation.
