I would not even rate 1 star. I attended the university in 2020 and left just before the end of the 1st year due to the fact that all learning was online and I was not able to attend the university physically once.nnI was informed by staff that if I left before the end of the first year I would not need to make any repayments. However as soon as I left, I was told I have to make a payment of £17,000. I have tried to contact the university over the past two years in regards to this by letters and emails and I have had no response at all.nnDo not attend this university. They will not respond to any of your queries if you need them. They will just take your money and provide you with no support.
Very helpful staff. From the medical administration team to the Residential Services, Facilities Desk all wanting to help.nnThe grounds are clean and informative displays. The accommodation is a little tired and smaller than other Unis but is undergoing a refurb.
One of the nicest universities in UK to study Masters Programs in Business Related Courses and Medical Branch !!
Great facilities, parking was an issue
Very unhappy with the university a module didn’t show on canvas and as such my girlfriend did not know to do it and the university made her re-do the year… she had just lost her brother and there was no understanding whatsoever she failed because of a system error, she wrote a 15000 word explanation but the university made her re-do the year this isn’t good enough and obviously she has incurred a financial loss from this I am so proud of her for bouncing back but the university that is a shambles and will not be forgotten
