I bought very expensive non reflective glass for 4 pictures which were to be placed in a conservatory. I explained where these would be positioned and was not told that there would always be fading. Had I been advised of this, I would not have spent the money.  My pictures were bought in South Africa so was extremely upset that after only 18 months they have badly faded. Clearly these cannot be replaced. I have asked for a refund and so far have been told that the supplier would be unlikely to reimburse me. I will certainly be taking this matter further although I am not feeling very encouraged by the response from the gallery.

I was quoted £65 to frame the smallest of pictures, with the woman trying to convince me the price was “because it is bespoke” - went to Shepperton and Sunbury Picture Framing over the river and saved £40!!!!! 
Do not get ripped off at this shop- shop around before you buy!
